Description

A traditional Russian rye bread, made by an ancient Russian recipe, with rye starter and herbs: coriander, caraway, cumin and oregano. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours of the product. The bread is baked in a stone hearth furnace, which produces a temptingly crispy crust.
