100% whole-grain bread that does not contain white flour. It is made of whole-grain wheat and rye flour with added ground wheat meal. The additional ingredients, such as nuts - walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and omega-3 fatty acids and the reduced salt content have been increasingly recommended by nutritionists for the dietary regime in order to reduce the risk of cardio-vascular diseases. The walnuts, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed, together with the omega-3 fatty acids enhance the body’s protective and recovery functions and create a rich and full taste of the bread with the combination of the whole grains and the healthy nuts.
