A square wheat bread roll sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product. It is suitable for sandwiches. It is offered with or without seeds sprinkles.

Preparation (baking):
100 g - 220℃-240℃ for 4-6 minutes with steam
250 g - 220℃-240℃ for 5-8 minutes with steam
