The Bulgarian baker’s and confectioner’s federation (FHSB)
is a National Employers’ Organization uniting a great part of the bakery and pastry firm owners in regional unions.
The Federation is organizer of the specialized exhibition of bakery and confectionery in Bulgaria – BULPEK. Participators are a lot of Bulgarian and foreign firms presenting bread making and confectionery machines, raw materials, accessories, cleaning machinery and detergents, packing and package equipment, floor and wall surfaces, specialized transportation, refrigerators, trade equipment, special working clothes and personal defense means, specialized literature etc.
