Geography and nationality of bread: part 1

According to numerous studies, people who enjoy excellent health, include a variety of cereals in their daily menu.

Therefore, it is not surprising that different nations include varieties of bread in their menu, prepared from what nature brings to them, such as buckwheat and millet in Russia, corn and beans in Mexico, rice in China, sesame seeds in the Middle East, oats in Scotland and barley in Eastern Europe.

It is amazing that people all over the world had the same attitude toward bread: they all believed that bread is a living thing. Archaeologists and anthropologists were stunned by the fact that people measured their own life with the one of grains: an agricultural cycle lasts 9 months, exactly the same period needed for bringing a human to life.
